What we collect

  • When you register a team: team name, organisation, kind of work, team size, your name, your email address, an optional symptom line, an optional referral code, and which of the two consent options you chose.
  • When you record a run: your team name, the constraint you found, the play you ran, your agreements, your before and after numbers, optional daily counts, your honest notes and caveats, the keep-or-go-back decision, how you want to be credited — and two photographs of your wall.
  • Basic, privacy-friendly traffic statistics for the site. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

Why we collect it

To send you the Team Guide and your run link; to answer you about your own run; to send you FOCUS updates if you asked for them; and — only if you gave that consent — to publish your case in the public registry. Nothing else.

The photographs

Wall photographs can capture faces, names, and client-identifying detail. Blur or crop anything confidential before you upload, and only upload photographs you are allowed to share. We never publish a photograph unless you gave publish consent, and we will anonymise your organisation on request.

Publishing

Nothing is published automatically. A person reads every submission and publishes a case only where publish consent was given. Ask us to anonymise it, or to take it down, and we will — no reason needed.

Who else sees it

The forms and the pilot database run on third-party services (currently Tally for the forms, Google Sheets as the pilot database, Cloudflare for hosting and traffic statistics, and Microsoft 365 for email). They process this data on our behalf. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Registration and run data is kept for as long as the pilot and the registry are running. Ask for your data to be deleted and it is deleted, including the photographs.

Email

Every FOCUS update carries a working unsubscribe. Reply with “unsubscribe” and you are off the list the same day. We will still email you about your own run if you have one in progress.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to withdraw a consent, or ask us to delete it — email hello@focus4life.com. We answer these in person, not through a portal.

Who we are

FOCUS is run by Ian Larsen in New South Wales, Australia. Questions, complaints and take-down requests: hello@focus4life.com.
