Stop improving
everything.

One constraint governs your team's output. Run one five-day play, take one honest before/after number, and help found the case registry. Free. No training, no theory, no belief required.

The pilot, complete

One team. One week. One number.

01 REGISTER

Two minutes, no fee

Tell us who you are and roughly what your work looks like. We send the Team Guide — twelve pages, ten plays, everything you need. There is nothing to pay; instead you choose how you're happy to stay involved (see the deal, below).

02 RUN

Five days, one play

Day 1: map your work on a wall and photograph it. Day 2: pick the one play whose symptoms match. Days 3–4: keep three agreements. Day 5: measure. The guide holds your hand the whole way.

03 RECORD

The honest before/after

Log your run here: the constraint you found, the play, your number before and after — and the two photos of the wall that prove the week happened. Zeros welcome. An honestly measured zero teaches the movement as much as a win.

The deal — instead of a fee

The pilot is free. In return, pick at least one of two ways to stay part of it: receive the FOCUS updates (new plays, cohort results, the book as it lands), and/or let us publish your run — anonymised if you prefer — in the public case registry that proves the method. Most teams choose both.

The proof

The case registry.

Every card will be one team, one week, one honest number — with the wall to prove it. This is the movement's evidence, growing one run at a time. Cohort 01 is running now; its cases land here as they are approved. Until then, the cards below are worked examples of what a case looks like.

Example · SaaS · 140 ppl · Play 4

The release train was the constraint, not the engineers.

Lead time −41%
Example · Agency · 32 ppl · Play 1

Approvals, not talent, set the ceiling.

Throughput, same headcount +28%
Example · Hospital ops · Play 5

The ward moved at the speed of a signature.

Discharge-ready waits −53%
Example · Solo · FOCUS for one

The busiest hour wasn't the bottleneck hour.
